The Observatory’s newsletter aims to provide regular updates on underground construction projects. It is divided into three sections: News; Focus; Public procurement monitoring

In the first four editions, the following topics were covered in the ‘Focus’ section:

  • Observatory Newsletter No. 1 SGP: Description and progress of the Grand Paris Express
  • Observatory Newsletter No. 2 LGV: Tunnels on high-speed rail lines
  • Observatory Newsletter No. 3 Franco-Italian: Franco-Italian tunnels
  • Observatory Newsletter No. 4 Records: Record-breaking tunnels
  • Observatory Newsletter No. 5 Canals: Canal tunnels


These newsletters are currently only available in French.
