A successful 13th international tunnel safety and ventilation conference
The CETU took part in the 13th International Conference on Tunnel Safety and Ventilation, held on 21st and 22nd April 2026 in Graz, Austria. The programme included presentations on the latest research in tunnel ventilation and safety, an update on major Austrian and international projects, and networking opportunities at the stands of numerous exhibitors.
As a member of the conference’s scientific committee, the CETU also presented the final results of the Borée project. Carried out in collaboration with AtmoSud, the Société de la Rocade L2 in Marseille and the Direction Interdépartementale des Routes Méditerranée, this project involved testing the impact of a system that adjusts ventilation based on air quality measurements near the covered cuttings at Montolivet and Saint-Barnabé on the L2.
